Congratulations to our Depute Head Teachers and Education and Learning Managers/Team Leads!

They participated in this Developing People and Performance programme to learn to have a range of tools, techniques and resources to use when leading and managing people and change, to have improved confidence in their ability as a leader, and, to further contribute to leading improvement in their school/team and across Education and Learning lead change and improvement.

Here they are on their final day in May 2026 reflecting on their learning and celebrating their achievement:
