Perth & Kinross Council ECS Learning Hub

In the ECS Learning Hub, we aim to provide ECS employees and our multi-agency partners with information and access to professional learning opportunities and training resources to assist their personal and professional development and growth. 

Effective professional learning is dependent on a range of interlinked factors and processes. These include the ability and motivation to:
